I know Landcover hasn't got any time or money for sentimental feelings. I just finished restoring My 1983 110" I also have a 1951 series one fire tender restored to new condition. Land Rover is more than just a car it makes people smile and wonder, and I often get comments from people who is not normally interested in cars. Land Rover war intended for work and adventure which iis why the Land Rover "Defender"is so appealing to people. It's a dinosaur yes but its also an un replaceable icon I think. All things comes to an end difference is this one has been lasting longer than most. Land Rover should be proud. Land Rover does something to people that most car manufactures would kill for!
