The bulkhead. Land Rover's Achilles heel. Your father is incredibly thorough, and I like the way the sand blasting evolved, which has given me ideas. I wonder why the owner decided to paint over the original colour with that hideous brown. Keep the videos coming I really enjoy them, even if it makes me feel I need to go back to mine and start again doing a better job!

is it sand polish or glass? I heard sand is to rough for some parts (aluminum)

We use plain quartz sand 0.4 -1.2mm size and it's fine for aluminium and steel. It's probably fine just because sand blaster isn't PRO, so it's kinda mild (slow) compared to industrial sandblasters that will destroy aluminium surface....
