I lived in Bombay from 1978-88 and Kurla hutments can still be seen as they were 40 years ago as you approached landing!! Nothing seems to have changed for the chawl dwellers!!!

Hi bro i stay in anushakti nagar the first colony which we can see as soon as the video starts , when i had a flight from karnataka i dnt remember the city to mumbai the flight took the path of seawoods , old mini sea shore vashi kurla and then airport. Never knew the flights flew above our colony as its a restricted airspace. Then too thanks for the glimpse of the aerial view of our residence.
I stay abroad and when I miss my city I search for these videos and feel like I will be home soon, trust me how much ever we fight we abuse each other on social media but India is India and mumbai I love you like anything!! ♥️♥️

Half of the Mumbai lives in jhopad patti, another half in palace like house !!!!! I wonder why they don’t paint their houses, it’s like they are living in baba Azam k Zamane ka Ghar !!!!
Because of this Mumbai is famous. In our city one slum area (Jhopadpatti) is especially made for foreigners tourists. They comes and stay in that slum area just to know how they feel. 😃😃😃😃😃
