I was in Frankfurt about three months ago and the day I got home you uploaded a plane-spotting video. I don't believe my Dreamliner made the cut. Anyway Swiss you should go to Ramstein and plane spot. There are lots of C130s & C17s that fly in every day. If you are in the Hotel Europa parking lot where I stayed you get a pretty good view of them taking off.

Depends if you want to take pictures or videos. If just pictures, some DSLR will do just fine with a telephoto lens.

@@TheAussieAviator747 Then I would buy something like a Panasonic HC-VXF1, because of the built in 24x zoom lens, 4K video and built in 5-Axis image stabilization. I'm pretty sure swiss001 is using a Panasonic HC-X2000, basically a bigger more professional version of the smaller panasonic videocameras. Then there is also a sony version that is a little bit more expensive, Sony FDR-AX53B.

Sometimes my local airport Norfolk International ORF gets strong gusts of winds to from 15 to 20 knots and thats probably because the wind comes from the sea and Norfolk and Virginia Beach are right next to it.

I once was at school and the airport is basically across the road and I love spotting all the plane like A320s A321s 737 atrs dash 8 and c 17 and c130 and once there was a MASSIVE WINDS it was 160 kilometres per hour
