My property satisfies 100% to requirements, the tenants will on application tell you anything, out of dozens of people who applied one or 2 will be good tenants but they will say anything to get in make promises they don't keep, they don't understand that when a agreement is signed, its signed in blood, I look after my tenants but I have not been advised of issues that require repair or maintenance on numerous occasions with 2 leesees, but after 3 years so far so good.
