bro what if my landlord doesn't pay council tax and now he keeps increasing my rent as he gets high water bills. please help as he did increased rent 3 months back and now again he says he will increase rent. what are our rights?

Hey buddy, you can also pay council tax and not rely on him to pay for it. With regard to bills, can you ask him to share utility bills with you and check if the bills are actually going up? If he seems problematic then you can always search for new properties. I would suggest going for a place where letting agency is also there. They are usually more fair to tenants than landlords alone
