Hi… we did not enter into a written rent agreement … the house was not given in the painted state… so the owner agreed through Wats app msg that he will not deduct painting charges at the time of vacating… we stayed for 1 year and six months … he s deducting painting charges now … also we were thrown out on 13th may despite he took the advantage of deducting rent till may 15th without letting us stay in the premises… can you please guide us with a remedy… now we have vacated the flat

Very nice video. My problem is-- I am tenant. I get to know my landlord is scammer and eat my security deposit He already breach his oral commitment for keeping households He is discrminating between tenants He has not told me notice period and maintain sweet relation before agreement signed and new tenant arrival. He made agreement after 4 month I by mistake sign it without reading on good faith. But later his behaviour change. He had never provided rent receipt. And watching sweet behaviour I too forgot. And also never show electric bill and take cash for same. Paid rent too in cash. But this time by trick I told him that we had electric bill up-to-date and only June month rent due. Her husband look after everything and said ok on whatsapp. But lady has blue tick but wont given me reply. Only 3 month left in 11 month agreement. He put a notice period of 3 months. All of sudden I get true financial hardship. And he had security deposit equivaltent to remaing period left. He has given untidy flat but we don't choice to leave that time as big shiftinng cost involved. I want to vacate his property by 2 month earlier of 11 months and dont want to him rent as he will eat my security deposit. I don't mind he eat now all security money if I don't pay him rent. Otherwise he deduct heavy amount of his untidy flat. Color is maintained but some defect shown him earlier. And few wall fix with his oral permission. But now he refusing from his some commitments orally. I don't mind case on me but I am not ready to pay him free extra money above my security deposit. So how to deal. Can you guide a bit. 😊🙏 I have video recordings of flat which clearly show an untidy floor.
if tenants is from another country and landlords is from another country and agreement is signed between these two but tenants is not allowed to enter the country of landlord. now questions arises can landlord force tenants for rent of the agreement. which country law applies in this case
i was residing in pune with 60 k advance with agreement .we vacant the room by giving one month notice.but he is not returning the money by citing unnecessary deduction of 50k .The has no such damages.what should i do?
Can landlord get the whole house painted and deduct money from the security deposit sir? There were only double sided tapes stuck on the wall, other than that we did mo damage. MORAL: 1)case karo agar ache lawyer se jaan pehchan ho 2) case kae 2,3 saal ka kharch aur abhi abhi case se pehlae ka kharch tol ke dekho, matlab agar abhi 50 hazar ka nuksan hai aur 3 ,4 saal case se 3 lakh ka nuksan hai toh chota nuksan uthalo aur court se dur raho.... 3) criminal case ke liye toh sarkar lawyer bhi deta hai, civil case toh apne apne pasae se hi ladna parta hai 4) lawyers ko bhi parivar palna hai , isliye woh kabhi pura kharch ka jankari kabhi nahi dega theek, kyuki kharch ka pura jankari milne se aur court ke hakikat jaan kar woh case nahi karega zyatatar.
