By the looks of it, this was filmed a long time ago because those black debre chutes have not been there in a long time, unless they literally just put them back up in the last few days. I sure hope they are going to complete the project and not just abandon it, leving the building to further decay and be demolished.
I actually filmed it July 3, 2024 just before sunset. I'm not sure their timeline, but I hope they see it through as well. That is definitely a huge undertaking.
