@@Jesse12489 Ah-ah, to be fair, they could have gotten a different actor to voice Lando that sounded like Williams. In the Clone Wars tv series, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Windu were not voiced by their live action actors. In the Clone Wars movie that preceded it though, Sam Jackson and Frank Oz did reprise their roles.
I really love it the fact Billy Dee William himself voice Lando in this show and his voice doesn't even changed slightly since his first appearance as Lando Calrissian back in 1980
So Lando owns land on that planet? How does land ownership work in star wars? Like what if I own 20 acres on naboo and a condo on courascant? How do I pay taxes to both planets? What's to stop my land from getting taken if I'm millions of miles away from my home? What if I own land in Hutt space and land in imperial space? Do I have to pay with both currencies? Who do I even pay taxes to? The empire/republic? The planetary governments? Or the federal governments on the planets?
Good question, it's probably just like earth. People who own land Internationally. You have to pay different taxes depending on what tax codes In that province you're not exempt just because you a citizen of another nation. Also depending where your land is let's say the core vs outer rim then it's a safe bet that your property is safe on Alderan because it likely has stronger property rights than Hut Space where its likely winner takes all which most case is the Huts.
