Two fantastic locations , great images from both, really liked the handheld low down shot of the barn and the images from Moor Crichel were all lovely. I agree the fog would just be stunning there. That was a bit of a walk to get to the barn along the road , looking on google maps parking looks very sparse !
Thanks Lee, there should be enough room for one car closer to the barn, but for a convoy like we had it was a bit of a walk, we did find you don't need to walk along the road if you jump in the field at the south end.
interesting video Martin, I think I prefer the horizontal closer shot of the barn lovely image, on to the trees, great location, love the image shooting down the road with avenue of trees, petty you missed the bike coming through, but still awesome images mate,
Hi Martin I visited both these locations in May last year along with a stunning Bluebell wood. I didn't really have good light at the barn, I was hoping there would be some oilseed rape in the field after seeing some images online but it was grass like it was on your visit. I also tried to utilise the lead in tractor lines but they weren't as pronounced when I was there. Unfortunately I couldn't find where to park at Moor Crichel, the spot that was recommended had No parking signs up and there was a resident watching me as I drove up and down. In the end I left but hopefully will return another time. Did you park where Steve's van was at the end? See you at Cannock Chase 👍
Hi mate. I’m down south this weekend for the week with family. Always wanted to go to the barn. Do you know if it was wheat or barley in the field? Only ask as if it’s barely it’ll have been harvested now. Wheat is mid August. Hence if barely I’ll probably avoid it this year. Thanks.
