For me this is a VERY simple choice. We are focusing on the software, while hardware is super fun. Heritage Audio i73 PRO ONE seems to be an AMAAAZING interface and while it's not cheap, it might be a still great bang for the buck. I'd love to see comparison between the DI recorded on that interface and any other
Nice video:) When it comes to what I'd like you to review I don't have any expectations. I just know anything you will think is worth showing will be awesome:)
It's an extremally versitile amp - if I would be on budget and need to go with the universal kind of amplifier I would definatelly buy the Ironheart amp. Luckly we can get it even at the fraction of it's price in the plugin version :)
Your mixes overall have been getting better to my ears, maybe reviewing some of the things you use most in the mixing process (buses and things like that)?
Thanks so much ! I try my best but I'm a bit worried that when it comes to mixes there always to much judgmental people - I already got one comment over the socials that my mix is sh**t :D
@@Cultifact hah, ya I completely disagree. Since the MLC video especially your guitar tone is REALLY good consistently, whatever you’re doing sounds “clean” but not neutered (sometimes overly eq’d guitars sound flat to me, not the case here). Plus everything is sitting well together, I think it’s great.
Awesome video. For a new video idea, I think it'd be great if you can do a test of the Z-Tone DI, which has so little reviews out there, and also compare it against the interface Hi-Z input and/or other DIs.
Would love to see a ‘test’ of you mixing the BTB Ibanez into a mix! I purchased the exact same bass because I watched your video and about some tips and tricks.
Not sure If I could get my hands on HB - I'll try to get in touch with any of distributors but you know how it is... everyone don't care until you reach around 50k of subs. Anyways - thanks - that's a good idea - I'll be completly honest - I NEVER ever had a 8 string guitar in my hands and I'm playing guitars around 23 years this year... :D
Would love to see a video about your favorite amp sims, but if you just want an idea for stuff to review I've heard great things about Helix Native and I would love to hear your opinion about it. Blue Cat's Re-Guitar also seems really cool and I didn't find any reviews about it
Wow - to be completly honest I didn't knew about that one! Looks interesting ! Definatelly worth checking out! Thanks for the tip ! That's why I love this kind of questions ask in public - in 15 minutes I learned more fresh things than browsing my sources :D
I alway have the feeling that the Ibanez S Series gets not so much atttention anywhere, a review of a current S of the premium linup would bee really cool!
I have no idea what I'm doing until it sounds ok XD But honestly - that's a good topic actually. The problem is that everyone got their own visions when it comes to drum sounds and I'm a little bit worried about how it will be percepted by naysaying people :D
Both of them are nice but Laboga is much simpler and yet much more "for me" as I don't like too much knobs and possibilities. Laney is a little bit overwhelming at first with all those push pulling knobs and variations of tone shaping
Dude... I'm literally bidding over the real 8100 as we speak. I'll ask Audiority if they will be interested in sharing the full license - Just downloaded the demo and I'm blown away. Awesome !
@@Cultifact nice. I found one bundled with a Jackson rr3 V for $150usd. Greatest deal ever. Sadly I sold it cuz I don't really have room for a 4x12. Killer amp tho. Gain is so clear you turn up to 11 and still hear every note in your chords.
@@dylanhoward718 Yeah man I grew up on solid state made music and to be completly fair I never fully understood why eveyrthing went tubes only. Both amp types are great and getting rid of one of them completly by the "industry" is sort of strange for me. I'm definatelly go for the Audiority soon - even if they will not provide the licence I'll buy it myself cause it's awesome - thanks so much for this suggestion.
This Saturday I'm uploading the video about ML Amped Plexi :) The video is already on my channel waiting for Saturday morning :) I'm in private contact with Kai and Mikko so ML Labs plugins will be quite frequently on my channel - starting this week :)
Interesting suggestion - This amp is worth more than half of my guitars and I just checked that the first batch is expected to be manufactured around March. Although it might sounds extremally cool I'm super sorry to say that I'm not interested in companies which are doing a backorders and stuff like that - looks like a crowdfunding company instead of a real manufacturer. Mainly because the only way to put your hands on the equipment and test it is to get it with your own money. There is nowhere to check it in stores, no batches for reviews available and everything is based on some sort of hype driven by limited availability. Thanks for suggestion anyways :)
Im still using the Audient id4 mark 1 mate :D I'm not sure if im a big expert in those :D This is a high-tech audio enginnering topic. Thanks for the comment !
