I've had one for years now it's fantastic. Anything from jazz to metal. Great acdc quo sound.. Don't expect it to sound like a Marshall stack cranked but as a desktop or living room noodling amp it's unbelievable how good it is. I use it constantly. It also is a high quality Bluetooth speaker just so useful and not only that it looks really nice and classy not like plastic toy crap like a lot of the battery amps. One of the best musical purchases I ever made. I cant be arsed with the tonebridge too fiddly the amp has enough range for me without it.
*Well, I think I've just found MY new micro amplifier! 😲 Either this or the Blackstar Fly 3 for my guitar! They both sound absolutely fantastic! 😃 Oh, don't mind me using that word! 🤣 You say you've said the word fantastic a lot just lately in this video! 😅 Let's face it, though, they really ARE fantastic! 😄 Keep rockin and enjoy yourself, buddy! 😁✌*
So you're telling me that instead of spending hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds on the right pedals/amps, one can simply download tonebridge. Oh my god hahaha
Plz do a comparison video between Blackstar fly3 Vs any of the Laney ST model.. love from india.. And acording to you which one of the 3Laney st model will be best??
Hello. Thanks for this vedo.I have an old version of iPad. I have put in new or last version of iOS that I can install. Now impossible to put tone bridge. Does exist other soft, app to install to use my Laney mini but?
Would you kindly do a demo of the Laney LX15? Just picked one up and couldn't believe what a little beast it is! I plugged a Joyo Ultimate Drive into it and I swear it sounds like a valve amp!
Having seen some reviews I am wondering if I'd buy this one or the Nux mighty lbt mk 2 . This one uses a cable to connect to the modeling app yet I see there are complaints regarding Android latency. The Nux uses BT for it's modelling, are there issues there too ? With the nux you can use an acoustic guitar with pre amp, this one too? Maybe there aren't that much notable differences in quality but I'm thankful for a reply.
If you are planning to use an android to operate the app, I’m pretty sure you may aswell just avoid the laney/tonebridge app as I see ALOT of people struggling without ios. I’d go for the Nux if I was using android for sure.
Can these be used for vocals, plug in microphone instead of guitar ? Are they loud enough and decent sound quality for singing ? I need something ultra portable like this for busking... Thanks !!
Update: I got the Mini STB to test my luck with the type C adaptor on the OnePlus 7T. Although the app does work , but there's around a half second delay which makes it unplayable. Sad.
I have one and use my ipad for the tonebridge app can anyone tell me how to stop the lag between me playing and the sound? its all delayed do i need additonal hardware?
Right what's the difference between the st and the STB (I know Bluetooth) looking at buying one but £20 ISH price difference between the two which o worth getting
James Nava True. But one feature lacking in the Fly (and most amps in this price range you can get new) is that they can't be hooked up to phones/tablet directly. That would make them *way* more versatile and portable. And I'm glad Laney teamed up with separate company to do the software. Too many amps companies fail on the software side.
@@guitarnotator I was given the Fly. I like the tone but I would go for the Laney for the extra features. It’s personal preference though. I think tone matters more than the extra features. I like both so the Laney won out.
