Queenie is the best choice. Her work ethic is closest to Gigi’s and she is excellent at managing people. I don’t know if she can straight up shoot a guy in the face, but she is learning fast. The problem is she is not even brought in yet😂
In my opinion, the more responsibility they give to Gigi, the better the result will be (concerning non-war matters). She has actual, real life experience in organizations. She has superior knowledge in how to organize people and create successful cooperation. She uses clear communication and is good at understanding others, as well as translate to person A what person B is trying to say. She is well-respected by everyone. Of course, the question of Captains will remain, since she holds a high position already, but it could be one of the puzzle pieces, in order to achieve the same goal of giving the right people power. All this requires that she is online often enough and is willing to take the responibility, I don't know if she are or not. Also, making money or being efficient isn't everything. Nothing wrong with taking the longer road if it's fun for the roleplayers.
Wtf are you yapping about. Gigi has the highest rank possible, any “promotion” would be a literal demotion. She is already Treasurer/Shadow Don/HR and to have all eggs in 1 basket is just brain dead. What happens when Gigi gets burnt out and does more variety? 3-4 different ranks would be vacant bc they decided to put everything on her. That’s why they now want more captains to handle the financials of morning crew, evening crew and night crew
Lmao, shes practically lang's right hand man. Shes definitely higher than tony and harry at this point. She was the one who spoke to ray and benji to negotiate the end of the war, she's practically just below luciano's level or 4th in command.
@@Maxtor-ve5nu she is 2nd in command at the moment, 3 Don’s are 1st in command (Lang, Luc, Speedy) (Harry/Tony inactive) so she’s higher rank then both of them for now, 2nd in command would eventually go to underboss (vacant rank). 3rd in command would be treasurer and 4th would be all the captains - Vito, Flash, Teddy. Eventually one of this trio will get captain (Larry/Marty/Bubblez) and high potential is Sakura and probably Queenie
