Its strata. This means you are NOT allowed to personalize or paint your own home. Strata council makes laws. It's really ridiculous we just got out of a strata unit in Langley. What a gong show let me tell you. BEWARE of strata at all costs. Figure it out financially to but detached home because strata is ugly politics and total control. After only 1 year several of us sold and left . Langley is turning into vancover. So overpopulated in neighborhoods and rush hour is worse than vancover really. Langley is not a good place to bring up a family , seriously , we have Indo Canadian punk gangs all over surrey Langley and drive by shootings are a regular weekly news highlight.
