One of Nepals "Big Three", the Langtang trek runs 35 km from Syapru Besi to the summit of Tserko Ri.
If you are considering this trek, here are a few tips:
1) Pack light, at the time of writing (Mid March) it's not cold. Bring Sunscreen instead. Teahouses are well equipped especially at Syapru Besi, Langtang, and Kianjin Gompa
2) Reserve a Jeep in Kathmandu to drive you to and from the trail head. At the time of writing the cost was $12 each way for a shared Jeep, only a few dollars more than the bus. It is a VERY slow and bumpy ride to the trailhead. I believe these must be reserved in advance. Talk to a local trekking agency for help with the reservation.
3) Climb Tserko Ri. It is the best view on the trek. Very very challenging climb however. Start early and plan 5-8 hours for the 10 km walk starting in Kianjin Gompa.
4) If you are looking for a reputable trekking agency and guide, you can find one with Nepal Wilderness Trekking. They have helped me plan multiple big treks and provided very good guides when I have requested them - responsive, professional, gracious. They use the standard pricing of $25/day for a guide. Full Disclosure: I get nothing for saying this. I'm just very gracious for their help.
