Then if the person doesn't get it we repeat it fully. Like 'to a movie in the cinema' If my friend doesn't understand she says 'what?' Like in the south they have long drawls when they talk so they sound a bit slow when they talk compared to a person in the East whose drawl is short, fast and has more emphasis on certain words.

Idk but i used to have the same problem. I found a love for writing and reading, and i now write alot, so my ability to communicate or use the right terms have improved. It took about 2 years of reading and writing a lot. I went through at least ab book a week
