Lots of great info you’re offering, but I really just want to know what qualifications I need to start my own language school. Does that require like an LLC or just a TESOL certification, or both?

That's going to depend on where you incorporate your business (as far as the LLC). You don't actually need any TESOL or TEFL or CELTA to start a business online to adults. If you are going to teach children or issues government-approved certifications, then there might be local regulations you need to consider, which may include a certificate of some sort.

Yes! Kris has experience setting up online and offline businesses. While the business may be an offline business - you will probably get most of your clients online.

Is there any market for this? I run a successful teaching business and wondered if I could show others how to do it. Google keyword planner shows about 100 searches a month demand...not much

Your comment seems to be contradicting itself. On one part you seem to say there isn't a market for language school and on the other you say you run a successful teaching Business. I like that you're referencing Google keyword planner. Pls clarify
