When he said this was "For the long time listeners" and then jokingly said "Not today" talking about Spitfire I was like, no way its Language right? And then he made my night. Completely stole the show. The Unfold edit was seamless and beautiful, I'm so psyched to see him live in a few weeks.
I was at Second Sky and when he said, “This is for those of you who have been with me for a very, very long time,” everyone around me thought it was gonna be Spitfire but I was PRAYING for Language. I heard that first note and just broke down sobbing because this was the first song I ever heard from Porter, and seeing him play it live was absolutely flooring. I have never felt anything like that. The Unfold transition was flawless and brought on another round of tears. If you get the chance, SEE PORTER LIVE. He is phenomenal.
I'm almost certain Language was my first Porter song. I heard it all the time on Pandora, but I was always busy when it was playing and I never caught the name of the Artist. Fast-forward a few years and my best friend shows me Worlds and I have had it on repeat ever since. I lost my mind when I heard this on stream and sincerely hope I get to hear it live soon.
I was blown away when he mixed Language with Unfold last year in Richmond. But Divinity fits perfectly into Unfold, like it was made to blend together. Porter, you are a musical genius
This was the first concert I went to since 2019 because of covid. My god it did not disappoint. Everyone was so happy, knew all the words to every song for Jai Wolf, Madeon, and Porter and were just singing every lyric at the top of their lungs. It was so fucking powerful, what an absolutely incredible experience. Thank you Porter.
@@ailu9859 I have no idea what ur talking about, in the Nurture Live Edit the lead goes from E to the E of the higher octave, that's the change, in the original it never goes to the E of upper octave.. Just E-F#-G#-A-C# are used..
Thank you for posting the absolute PINNACLE synthesis of music ever created. I know everyone comes along and says that all the time about all different kinds of music, and for every person the question of the penultimate music will always be subjective. But for me, this is it
