But that is not correct, in case you pay full money at the time of booking then they will provide this price. Otherwise tbe price is more than 10k.

Purchasing an expensive flat worth Rs 5-4 crore and paying additional maintenance fees would result in a loss. Therefore, it is advisable to invest in a flat where there is a population and potential for community growth. Many builders sell out their flats on paper within the first 4 days, but the reality is only revealed when people start living there.

These branded projects seem to attract more investors than actual end users. Builders are able to offload but the investor buyers will find it difficult to sell when end user demand is low. My test for occupancy in any apartment complex is the presence of clothes hung out in the balcony.
