Saw the link to the video on Heroes World page. Good job on the short guys. I got a few suggestion that might be helpful. It mainly have to do with the 180 degree rule, during the scene when Green Lantern confronts the robber. Starting at the moment the robber react to green lantern approaching, you start to capture the scene from the left side of the robber's face. I understand that this is a simple narrow road, but it could be confusing if it wasn't a narrow corridor. Since at first when the robber was introduced, he was walking in from the left, but once that aforementioned shot is shown. It made it seems like he was walking in from the right. It would have helped establish that the robber was on the left and Green Lantern is on the right if you just shot the pan on the other side. As for the fight scene, you shot both actors on the right side of the face. Same as before it could get confusing to the viewer where each character is actually located. Robber running from left to right, and Green lantern walking slowly from right to left, is he walking in the same direction as the robber? That could be problematic if the location is less linear and have more things going on. Another thing is, you're basically telling the viewer to run between the two of them during the fight each time the viewer wants to look at what's happening to the other character. By keeping to the 180 rule, you place the viewer as a invisible bystander on one side of the street and basically just witness the event that is going on between the two characters. Lastly for this scene is the continuity of Green Lantern's right hook to the robber's face, when you shot the robber's reaction it became a left hook instead. A final suggestion would be the shot of Green Lantern turning his head towards the look at the ring on the ground at the end. Instead of panning left and cutting, pan right around his face and to an over the shoulder of him picking up the ring on the floor. That's just a random suggestion if you do want to change the camera location, 180degree rule isn't mandatory but it is a good guide line to help the viewer establish where the character is in the scene. Sorry if this comment might sound a bit harsh, I'm just used to analyzing student films in class and giving criticism. Anyway, good luck on your future shoots.
