also another thing that popped into my head, Does the noise decrease/increase when you are touching and are not touching the strings?

@@fifibisnar Thats a common problem, but it does get a little complex, Pretty much what is happening is that when you touch the strings, the signal is grounded by flowing through your body which is kinda a creepy concept haha. I dont know how much of this kind of stuff you will know, but making sure the guitar is connected properly and soldered well and also got sheilding on the inside is generally what will elimanate the noise. However from what I can see, the pickups are single coil? and by the nature of them they are quite noisy pickups and it can be quite involved to fix the issue. If you have any guitar with humbuckers have a go and see if there is a difference in noise compared to a single coil guitar, that is probably the easiest solution that doesnt involve getting any new gear or having a look at the electronics. But also making a preset in your audio software that elimiminates the noise will save you a lot of time because you can just make it once and then use it every time you record. I hope that all makes sense haha.

@@fifibisnar Hi Fifi, since you're using laptop and external sound card, try to use electricity wall outlet with grounding (3 cables which a yellow ground cable). Laptop adaptor ( a switching power supply) is the noise source.
