I hope you guys use machinery to harvest those lovely bitter melons. Thank you for your hard work so we can have healthy fresh veggies on our tables. Kudos to you!
I did this work before in Fresno, CA. No machine, only harvested by hands. Get up at 4 am make lunch and go to work. Work stop around noon when it gets too hot.
So far no type of harvesting machine has been made or invented yet to harvest these types of vegetables because these type of vegetables are too fragile so handpicking it is still the only best method
Bitter Melon lightly fried with salted egg is delicious. Or with beef flank. And a Southern Japanese community attests to its health benefits with average residents averaging 90s.
