This technique seems to be failing to properly alternate the right-left side knot tying, which is crucial to security of the suture. Therefore, I would not recommend to practice suturing this way. But I might also be mistaken, so this is merely a humble opinion coming from a medical student. I also think that Andrew Wright has a better explained video on the subject, which I recommend to future viewers.
