I’ve used the Sharpie trick forever, long before I knew about inking edges with an ink applicator. I even used it on the edges of my wallpaper. Everyone thought that I had matched the wallpaper perfectly! Lol! If only they knew! 😊 The lap book is so cool! Fabulous, as usual!

❤❤❤Thank you for making wishes come true with this exquisite lapbook. I don’t think there are enough lapbooks in the universe to satisfy me, but I will take them one at a time. I love the simplicity of this one. It is doable in any size and the materials are accessible to anyone who would want to make it. The specimen box is my favorite since it can be adapted for art supplies. Always a pleasure watching you work. ❤❤❤

I love how it turned out…nice to have some extra spaces in the box for writing/art supplies! I don’t know why these lapbook projects of yours always seem to go sooo fast! You may not have the same experience 😂. I think it’s because for me, I’m always excited for the next video, but not wanting it to end. Honestly, I’d be happy if it just kept going and going. Ok, so you would end up with a lapbook that only a giant could put in his/her lap, but that’s cool, right? Fantastic job as always, you are the queen of the lapbooks! ❤❤❤

What is is about us that we feel compelled to color the edge? I've had people say I'm nuts - now that might be true but yeah that's me. I agree, color from the backside. I love how you make your covers, from designing to completion. Loved this whole project. Fabulous!

Please don't ever change, I love your personality! I think you are very creative and brilliant. I have been watching for a little while now and I really enjoy the craft mystery things. Please do some more of that! As always you are very organized and have a thought out plan. It's good to not struggle along with you on "decisions" of what color, or doohicky you are going to use next. Thank you for being prepared, this is a beautiful journal, neat one, I love it.

Love the results! Good job with safety! My Dad actually lost his eye from a piece of hot metal going into his eye when he was welding. Back in the 50’s safety wasn’t followed as much. I grew up with him having a glass eye which was a pretty cool object ( he had spares) for show and tell! (Teacher didn’t like it much but kids thought it was cool) I have a lap book on my “to do” list! Yay taxes! Said no one ever!
