Most paint these days runs on the smaller size, I shoot a .684 on a regular basis. So based off my personal experience I recommend a size around there.
The Lapco barrels shoot really well but it is really gonna come down to the paint you put through it and your choice of marker and air. The best barrel in the world won't shoot well with bad paint and Co2.
+Victor Affonso , I just bought this barrel and the adapter shown for apex device in this video will work for apex 2, i bought the "long" apex adapter and it was perfect there is about an inch sticking out of the apex which makes it easy to thread and switch tips if need be.
