At the end of every day, before going to bed, I treat myself to one of your videos: the best time of day. When I think the video I saw the previous day was as best as you can get then I see another that beats It. A collection of fishing dreams that are pure bliss and Nature joy. You don't know how beneficial they are with those astounding landscapes and most beautiful rivers and fish giving happiness to us viewers. And the sound of the current of water, the wind...the relaxing background music you put... Please keep on making more videos. I love them!
I thought I'd seen all of the fly fishing videos on YT... then I stumble upon your channel and I don't think I've watched a video from somebody else in several days. Just magical filming and fishing. Don't ever stop please.
Really nice video guys. And some beautiful trout. Is this public water or a private stream? And what time of year? It didn't look like the bugs were too bad. As a foreigner could I fly over, get a license, rent a car and cruise around Lapland fishing? Are there places to stay there? I really want to trout fish somewhere in Europe before I kick the bucket.
Thanks Papi. Glad you like the video :) This water is part of a very big area with lots of rivers and lakes that belongs to the sami Community. You can buy a license that covers all the waters in the area, even as a foreigner. And you can cruise around almost everywhere thanks to the "all mans right" (right of common) that we have in Sweden (and the other Scandinavian countries). It's in the middle of July and you can put up a tent or rent a cabin. Cheers and good luck with your future fishing trip :)
Hi beautiful video and thanks for posting. Can I ask what make of landing net the angler with the yellow jacket is using? I'm looking for a quality landing net for stream fishing and that looks ideal!
Kul att du gillar filmen :) Håven är inte teleskop utan den har en våg inbyggd i handtaget. Har inte så bra koll på teleskopiska håvar eftersom de inte används så mycket inom flugfisket. Kända märken på håvar är till exempel Guideline och McLean. Testa din sökmotor ;) Ha de bra
It's allowed to fish with lures and bates as well and it's also allowed to keep some fish to eat. But we only do fly fishing and we release almost all the fish. Cheers
I love your videos. I can’t get enough of them. PLEASE SHOOT MORE. It’s not just the beautiful browns and char. It’s not just the fishing, the desperate chases, reach casts, and stumbling around shrubs and trees. It’s the setting, and the simplicity of the scenes. The flowers. The pearly skin of the water. The languid moments when you sit down for a wooden cup of coffee and a biscuit ... or a shot of something stronger. This is fly fishing, the entire tableau of nature’s magnificence, the sound of the water, and the respect you show for our art. Indeed, that is what it is most tellingly - an act of artistry, as pure and beautiful as painting or playing a guitar. And all this followed by your Swedish “Oye, oye, oye, oye, oye.” I don’t speak a word of Swedish (though my mother was a Dane). But I understand your ecstasy exactly. Thank you for sharing.

I've been following you guys for a few seasons, now. These video logs make me want to visit my old friend in Nykoping. Can you tell us where? Which rivers and are they club, private or open? And maybe who to contact, please, guys?
Thanks Eoin :) This is in the Swedish Lapland. There are thousands of lakes and rivers to fish up there. Best way is to contact one of the many helicopter services and ask them for advise. Cheers
