That's why Barca is trying to close contracts with different companies on the marketing side to bring money in. We already have the money to bring Nico based on the incomes. After the 1:1 rule is applied to us we will be able to use it. The salary cap is something else where each team can have a maximum amount of money determined by La Liga, so we can also make space for his salary. Barca doesn't want to pay the release clause in one tranzaction. They want to pay it for multiple years to delay the money invested in each financial year.
Sell both Garcia and Inigo and promote Faye. Sell Rafinha as well bring in Nico and Frimpong. I’m not sure about Onana due to their asking price. I would take Rabiot for free. Also, like you say, for €60 mil you can get Zubimendi.

I have been hearing so much about Onana ,but I decided to watch Belgium's match against France. Guess what I saw? I saw a disaster with Onana. He loses the ball like hell.His strength and speed is undeniable, but he just can't control the ball when under pressure.He loses de ball so much and that's not what we want at Barcelona .
