Hi, try to do this. it works for me. 1-power cable in . 2- Rtc battery connected. 3-Press the power btw, and wait....... when it start to bip 4- press a long time on the power btw to power off the laptop. 5-Press the power btw to power on. wait the laptop start and reboot automatically, if not redo step 4 and 5 good luck
