It was one of the strongest notebook back in 2014, it's still beats today's i5 CPUs. It's a good buy, if you can find one in good condition.

@@klarnorbert that's overstating it: these things cripple themselves with bad thermal management. Their paper stats don't matter when the CPU is 98C and throttling to 100mhz. I love mine, but they need a cooler and a hole cut in the bottom to function well
