I am almost 74 years old, but his video certainly was helpful and encouragement that I could replace my 10 year old Toshiba L55T battery. WOrking just fine. Replaced the hard drive with a Solid State drive with help from a friend. Old touch screen laptop working great still!
I like that you spoke during the video; I hate silent videos. While I had my laptop or a customers disassembled to that extent I would have removed the fan, cleaned it and the heat sink fins and replaced the bios battery. easier than tearing it down again and good customer service. Of course you would want to let customer know that up front.
Please help me : Question , i have the L55-B Laptop . it's old and on it's death bed . Can i buy the exact same model laptop (newer of course ) and put my HDD inside of the new one and just run like my old one ?
I'm not entirely sure for that model. Usually it's pretty obvious. If you don't see one some motherboards use the laptop battery as a cmos battery as well
Hello, a question, I have a toshiba satellite l45 asp4202fl, do you know what would be the model of your fan? It has been damaged and I want to replace it but I don't know what model it is
I find the best way is to just open the laptop up and look at the part numbers on the fan itself. Sometimes they use different fans that might have a thinner or thicker connector or 4 wires instead of 3. Going off laptop model alone doesn't always guarantee the right fan
