Yeah, I can't understand the people who are rooting for Lara & Ani! Gina has shown a lot of character growth, while Lara has progressively devolved. She's not just an alcoholic, but she's a CRIMINAL (hit & run; tampering with the U.S. mail), a pathological liar who has lied repeatedly to Ani about her drinking, her writing, & concealing the wrong things she has done. She also lied to Gina, for that matter. You can't build a life w/ someone who doesn't trust you, who lies to you AND ABOUT YOU to others in order to manipulate you & other people. And has everyone forgotten that Lara shoved her into a wall & gave her a black eye? JUST YESTERDAY, Lara was drinking, lying, & pounding the table in anger!!

I believed in one of the episode in the previous season, a love letter written by Gina. Gina mailed to Ani. Lana came home earlier than Ani, she found the letter, read it then burned it. She told Gina that Ani got the letter and she still chose to be with her. Ani did not know anything about it. And the writers of the show would love to keep them apart for now, pouring more dramas into it then let them re-unite for good, for all. :-)

plot... ani is taking to long to make a decision. the fact that she has to consider ginas feelings. i think lara should just walk away, before ani could choose. once theres a chioce ani doesnt love lara enough...so whoever she chooses lara should leave, because even if ani pick lara, her and gina will always have a bond that would eventually leads to an affair...
Reading all the comments here I just want to throw up like crazy. How shallow can people be? Yes, Lara is much younger than Gina and has far less Botox in her face. Nadia is such a beautiful woman but so is Crystal in her own way. So let's get the facts straight, shall we? Lara is a woman who not only is an alcoholic with little impulse control, but also has been lying to her fiancee about running over Gina, cancelled contracts, continuing drinking, burning 'the' letter and teaming up with Ani's brother who, obviously, is up to no good. And what has Gina done that is so terrible? Yes, in the past she has hurt Ani and wasn't able to make a commitment, and she slept with Logan. But really, she made it clear to Logan that their hook-up was mistake and that it won't go any further. Gina has greatly changed for the better over time: She came to terms with her past, made up with her estranged, homophobic father and definitely wants what's best for Ani, even if it's Lara, because she loves her unconditionally. So, frankly, I would choose Gina over Lara in a heartbeat. And I'm saying this as someone who is immensely turned on by Nadia/Lara. But in the end beauty doesn't give you stability and love and honesty and happiness.

You know the funny thing is, we get upset at Unhappy endings when it comes to Lesbian storylines, but this tugs at the heartstrings fighting for your girl to win. No matter which girl does wins, it doesn't mean that trouble won't brew ahead.
Both relationships feel as if they (Gina and Lara) are walking on eggshells (especially Lara). Both have beautiful lovemaking scenes though. Be nice if we're a bit longer. (Not complaining, less talking and more... Action.)
Ani is self righteous, and Lara is still a drunk, she ran Gina down, and she continues to lie to Ani about her drinking. Lara's love cannot replace the love Ani has for Gina. Wait until Gina finds out that its Lara that almost killed her!!!!!!!!!!!
Why do you say Ani is self-righteous?! I agree with your assessment of Laura. (See my other comments on this vid.) But Ani seems to be the victim of 2 women who both have treated her badly. I think she has low self-esteem, quite the opposite of being self-righteous. It's best if Ani takes a break from both of them. I'd like to see her let Gina prove herself because Gina has changed a lot for the better.

Ani should run, yes run to Gina, they may have some tiny issues (that could fit in a magazine rack) Lara is many a bad thing....Liar, Car runner over-er, hides booze, secret keeper (her deals with Ani's bad boy brother) not to mention her time at the bar with Owen's killer! I say run Ani, run as fast as you can.
Who the hell choose between lara and gina??? Lara is changing, she started a AA-Therapy because of what happened with Ani and is still trying to change, she's determined to be a get over with her addiction and be with her. This WAS a really great scene. Crystal is so talented & she & Jessica continue to have insane chemistry. Even if you didn't know the characters, you'd be rooting for them. Lara is beautiful, yes, but there was something so heartfelt & sincere in what Gina said & the way she said it. That is a woman who knows this is her last chance & that she's been a fool to have ever wasted a minute that she could have been with Ani. The regret is palpable. Damn, Crystal really moved me here. I was actually yelling at the screen, "OMG!" & "Ani, she means it!" and, "Gina's killing me!" and, "She's a different woman. She'll never take you for granted again."

I think Lara is an amazing Girlfriend, if i had a girlfriend like that, i even wouldn't hear what my ex has for apologizes. An ex is an ex, Gina pushed her away! Again and again. Lara started to go to a AA-Therapy for her girlfriend, because she hit her. She saw she did a mistake and she changed and she's still trying. Lara told to Ani she's beautiful, even when Ani didn't belive it. This is an amazing relationship, have u ever thought about how this feels? To all who are for Gina, have u ever had a Girlfriend who left u, when u just wanted to help, a Girlfriend that can't handle a long-distance relationship. Imagine she would come back, even when she knows you're getting married. Ani found a new girlfriend - a girlfriend who changed her life. If she choose Gina, i think Gina would do the same mistakes all the time again. Lara is maybe not good - but if you really see it...She really loves Ani and she does everything for her!

I think Lara proved to Ani what loves her and is willing to change so They can be together. Lara deserves to stay with Ani , What can I say of the Gina I think her is selfish (sorry for Those Who cheer for her and Ani ) . I really hope Lara and Ani may still have a future together in series. And more important is what Lara have what Ani wanted since the beginning the serie, the honesty. The series had 6 seasons. I think you'll like S6. I haven't seen it, but I saw a Gina & Ani scene that was adorable. Also, Crystal & Jessica's outtakes/bloopers from S6 are ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!! I made the mistake of eating salad while watching them and shreds of cabbage when up my nose!! That was an interesting and slightly painful experience (like sucking salt water into your sinuses & wondering if the food was going to go down my windpipe & choke me. Fortunately, all 3 pieces came out after a few minutes. Look up Crystal Chappell & Jessica Leccia Bloopers - Venice S6. Enjoy!!

Ani never cheated on her. Lara has a shit ton of issues she needs to deal with before she can have a healthy, happy relationship. She's an alcoholic, a pathological liar (lying both to Ani REPEATEDLY & about Ani), a criminal (hit & run, tampering with the U.S. mail), has already caused Ani physical injury, and just showed us YESTERDAY that she still loses her temper & acts violently (even if only pounding the table this time). Those are not things I would wish on anyone. She needs to get her shit together before she can attract & keep a wife. No one can make Lara happy. Only Lara can do that.

Gina's biggest problem was that she always thought that Ani would be "available" and now that Ani moved on with Lara, she's upset. It kind of reminds me of the UK Soap Hollyoaks where Esther tells the love of her life Grace she loves her, she's rejected and then Esther marries another Woman named Kim and on their Wedding Day Grace doesn't even care although she's crushed deep down.
i think this series in somewhat written to ensure Ani and Gina is end game no matter who comes along and sweeps her off her feet it will still be written so she would only be with Gina, its been my observance from the very first season no matter what anyone says to make is sound different, if it was meant for Ani to be with Lara the whole making Lara to be the bad guy so Gina swoop in and be the knight in shining armor wouldn't always there.
