What settings we have to do for send email from my Gmail account . In live server

@@vivekpaliwar7217 First of all you are using laravel 8 so i will advise you that you should install laravel ui in laravel 8. I have a separate lecture on how to implement Laravel-ui in laravel 8, Once done we are on the same page. After that you can follow this video to implement the email configuration. Now coming back to you question bro in most of the cases specially when your web is live and let say you want to use google account to send email from so what you have to do is enable the 2stepverification for that specific gmail account from which you want to send email and thats it. I have been through this so i am talking with experience here my reset password functionality was working fine but when i moved from local to live env i got some sort of weird exception and after research i found i need to enable 2stepverification..

Nai bro because menay basic tutorials kay bad direct project par jump kiya hai. q ka beginners ka liye programming sekhnay ka best way project hai aur is project ka bad me different tutorials banaoga like email verifications etc.. for now ap play list access karlo channel pr wahan har playlist menay seperate rakhi hai. jo apkay liye helpful hoskti hai..

No it will work in live environment as well but you have to configure you email accordingly if using gmail enable the 2step verification and allow less secure app in gmail configuration

Maybe koi package ho you can search for it menay abhi tak use nai kiya na dekha ha bro

What is the APP_URL in .env file ? If it is localhost:8000 change it to localhost and clear you config cache and app cache and try again and if it is localhost change it to localhost:8000 and clear you config cache and app cache and try again Your url is not correct as simple as that maybe you haved changed the url in config or something like that

sorry i didn't get your point.

The reason can be you are having different url for example project is running localhost:8080 and in env it is define as localhost make sure everything is correct and you haven’t change anything if you did you need to make the changes in .env as well

To debug please check url you are getting in the email

​@@mohammadafzal465 Ok so there you go as i said. Please note (if your service is listening to port 80 please replace 8080 with 80 for the below lines.) Your application is running on localhost:8080 right ? (Correct me if i am wrong and show me the url of your project or copy and paste it here) and in you .env APP_URL=localhost this is the url for your project. so when you are trying to reach the password/reset the url should be localhost:8080/password/reset/etc_key and not localhost/raw/password/reset/etc_key how to solve this ? if your project is accessible on localhost:8080 change .env to APP_URL=localhost:8080 after doing that please clear the app and config cache with command below. php artisan config:cache php artisan cache:clear now try sending the email again. if still doesn't work please give me ur .env url and the url you are using to access the project
