Such an educational video. I thought the whole roots were dried then ground into powder for the flours, had no idea what the actual process is. Love cassava and I use the flour for flatbreads. Can you show us what you make with the cassava flour? It’s wonderful teamwork with the neighbours also processing their crop. You are living “ it takes a village” - what a beautiful way of living, so many in western city living do not experience this loving cooperative way of life.

Do you know that you can also eat the casava leaves? Its a common dish here in indonesia😁 You can also directly eat the casava after you steam it, boil it, or fry it. Just marinate the casava with mash garlic and salt before you deep fry it, and add a pinch of salt in the water if you boil it. Its very tasy. Enjoy 🙂
