Chicken in the pressure cooker if its quick releases tends to be dry. If you think its dry let it natural release and that give it time to rest and retain the juices just like you would for beef.

I have just started doing this (biweekly, I don't have a large freezer system) and it has been wonderful. It's typically a bit of a rough day with the dishes and such but it's worth it to not have to stress about dinner for two weeks.

I know what you mean about getting sucked in to watching someone who's life is completely different than yours. My whole family got sucked into watching this guy build a cabin by hand in the Canadian wilderness, it took him 2 years. We also got sucked into a vlog by a airline stewardess from NYC. Both were great story teller's in different ways. The guy hardly talked at all, and the airline stewardess explained everything. In case anyone is interested the channel names are My Self Reliance and Fly with Stella.

Was a busy Mama day today making Valentine boxes cooking cleaning and slowly going through my cans. Normally I watch you in the morning but today... Lol I started your video at like 6 am my time got 3 minutes in and Bam everyone's up and wants something (blizzard here last night till this evening) kids had no school I told hubby he can't go to work cuz it was like-43°f with the wind chill was really only like-17°f because his job is not work his life and I prayed to God that he would listen to me and not think I just wanted him home to take care of the kids as I cleaned. We live in the country and his work is like 45 mins away. He did listen to me YAY!! He had a lazy day and watched me go go go none stop from 6am till now 9pm and I told him ok you see what I do on the daily now so you understand why sometimes when you get home I all you to help the kids with reviewing their homework.. sorry for the long ramble. 🙏🤗 God bless and rest well.

I had a friend who butterflied a whole chicken and took all of the bones out with the chicken still butterflied. It amazed me how she did that but it was the best tasting chicken and so tender.

You actually pronounce Cellentani pretty well. The beginning sound of the word has a “ch” sound. Just like cello is pronounced with a “ch” sound”. Good job Amy 👏

My mom usually shops for the month and I've been doing that since I've left my country for school and live on my own. It works wonders, sometimes, and allows me to save. Meal prep is an issue thou because I continuously walk pass the fridge and eat the food out, whive I've been doing from I was a child.

You should take some of your meatball mixture and make either a meatloaf or two or put some of your meatballs in with cream soup and serve over mashed spuds or noodles. Do you ever take some of your chicken and mix with a bag of frozen mixed veggies cream soup and then freeze and when you go to eat it, make cheater chicken pot pie, by putting the veggie/chix mixture into a casserole dish and top with canned biscuits. Great way to put a hot meal in tummies during the winter. :) Love watching your cooking videos. :)

Cook all your broccoli n freeze some or par boil n freeze it. I garden for yrs n par boil all my veggies n freeze. Love making meatballs too. I make meals somewhat for yrs n some just for me, eggs n veggies , meatloaf, lasagna, hamburger n tater casserole, soups , burritos , breakfast english muffins. I have to watch what I eat, cant have alot of carbs any more. It's so hard . Your a great lady. You remind me of myself , for yrs I ran around n cooked ,cleaned, ran kids all over , never stopped ,then one day I had a attack ,anxiety n panick , it was scariest thing. I was in my mid 30s n next few yrs ,I went to hospital numerous times. Now I try to handle myself. I do breathing n try to relax somewhat. You need to relax , you deserve it. Love seeing you guys. If I had to do over there is couple things I would change ,like living in country, chickens .lol

Hi Amy, i used to use olive oil to cook with but found grape seed oil at Aldi. It tastes better and doesn't have the taste like olive oil. My family loves it and it has a high temp tolerance that sone oil doesn't. Just thought i would share in case you want to try it.

She does go back to visit as family,including her oldest daughter and son- in- law live there . She mentioned on the video about Lauren's wedding they will be going for a wedding shower for the family and friends there that won't be able to make it to the wedding

Yes I'm one of those watching who isn't married and doesn't have any kids lol. BUT my kitchen loves you because I always clean up after watching you. I don't even mean to, I go for a glass of water or something and next thing I know, I'm wiping down the counters just like Amy lol
