My friend! We searched for you last year but never found your camp. Let’s sync this year for sure!

Nice video man. I actually think that place looks better then it photographs- especially at that time of day. You're a brave man lugging that camera out! I love the 2nd capture much better. Can't wait to see more videos!

That may be a slight light leak in your holder as opposed to a developing issue on the left border of your image?

Dust can be in the changing bag, the camera etc… clean all parts with a air gun outside on a clear day. The air bubbles might be because not enough agitation? I would recommend distilled water for mixing the chemicals, prewash the film and agitate enough. Not forget to tap the tank on the table after an agitation cycle. So the bubbles does not stick on the film. Try some developing with cheaper b&w film to improve the film handling and agitations. As a final bath i would also recommend distilled water so the negs dry without residues… Beautiful landscape and pictures…

Really nice video, Justin! I enjoyed listening to you speak about your process - both thought and camera. Looking forward to more content.

I was getting the same little bubbles and junk on my B&W (not done color at home yet). I'm not sure what you use for rinse water after processing or for mixing chems but I switched everything to distilled water and got rid of it. Also make sure chemicals are fresh stock.

I happened upon your video oneday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a question...How are you scanning your work from the field to your computer?

Are you using a rotary processor? I used to get similar development blemishes. Mine were caused by the too low of a rotational speed

great shoot! Are you processing the large format Ektar 100 by yourself? It is been very long time since I did that kind of work... as for your air baubles, did you pre-washed your film before processing?

Hi Jacek, yes I am developing at home with the Steersman press SP-445. As for the air bubbles, yes I make sure to do a good long water wash with lots of cycles before the developer goes in. Thanks for having a look!
