Large-Scale 3D Scanning with FreeScan Trio 

Our Account Manager Gabriel recently visited the new HQ of D3 Systeme to showcase the 3D Scanning Capabilities of the FreeScan Trio and introduce the device to our friend Thomas. The project of choice was an old NSU Car frame that just rolled out of the paint shop. This served as a great opportunity to acquire an accurate 3D Model of the vintage Car frame for future modding, reverse engineering and quality control. FreeScan Trio and its built-in Photogrammetry mode are a perfect combination for this job, due to the fast scan speed and improved volumetric accuracy with the Photogrammetry Bars.
