I absolutely love the colors in this. I am a Lead at a program for disabled adults and when I saw this type of painting for the first time a few weeks ago, I started watching all kinds of videos. Yours are fantastic. I have purchased all kinds of items for my program and we have tried the drop painting with my individuals. They enjoyed it and have paintings in their rooms that they did all on their own. I am so proud of them. We are trying to find more things like this that we can do with them. Thank you for all your videos.

This reminds me a LOT of natural cells in plants, especially in certain leaves of trees and edible foliage (ie: savoy cabbage). I have been playing around with a kit someone gave me as a present and, although I enjoy what I have done with it so far? The pamphlet that came with it never explained what other things you could possibly do beyond pour pre-mixed fluid paint into a cup, then from the cup to canvas. Looking at your work, as well as that of others, has opened my eyes to new avenues. Thank you so much for showing your methods and for showing your process from start to finish. The introduction of a "special ingredient" was, indeed, a pleasant surprise. ❤️

Great work! Thanks for sharing. Cup moving - Artist are creative, engineers explain why things happen. The cup isn't cut evenly. It moves towards the taller, heavier side. The lighter side floats more and lets more paint out. So the heavier side holds back more paint, which is heavier and exerts more force outward, causing it to move in that direction. ✌🏻

Thanks 4 explanation. I like knowing for the times when I want to intentionally include /exclude a result. I know in pouring arts I'm largely at the whims of the science of this fluid art. So, I look for opportunities to be intentional -- lol -- at least I try.

I really appreciate learning from both of you and some of the other artists as well. My 7 year old granddaughter is obsessed with Molly right now and we always watch her before going to sleep. Next time Addi is here, I'm gonna start showing her your videos too! 🙂 I know she'll love them. You & Molly are great! But I have to say my Addi is mostly obsessed with her Uncle Jer - my son 😉 Last week when Addi and her 3 year old brother Aiden had a sleep over, Uncle Jer had us all painting. We had a blast!... because of Jeremy's knowledge of course. But also yours and the other artists. It's inspiring, and I really appreciate it! Im sure you didn't want to hear me rambling - sorry. That looks amazing! Thank you for sharing. Several questions… where do you dry your work? How long do you allow it to sit before transferring it to its drying spot? How do you move it? I have not found a great drying procedure and I need help.

I use a laundry airing rack to allow my paintings to dry, I’ve got it tucked away where it can’t be bumped

That's such a nice painting, at it always surprises me about how many techniques there are for painting with acrylic. I also really like the dark blues and purple in this one, and I'm really glad you shared it!

@@JMoPainting how do you clean off the silicone? I’ve tried cornstarch, talc, soapy water...I always have divots in the resin from the silicone

I tried to add silicone spray to one of my pours. Initially, it looked gorgeous! But once it started to dry, it got extremely bumpy. Any tips/tricks to prevent that from happening?

Do you add your “secret ingredient” to every paint colour you use? Also how do you formulate how much to use? Does silicone play a part in this at all? Thanks, Shelley

The secret ingredient (minwax) is in all the colours except the base. Check out the video at 1:13 to hear.
