Her tone, her dexterity, her agility, her nuances, her finesse, her musicality, her astounding technique, the way she plays with such ease, almost casually, this is truly out of this world... I am mesmerized... Some other features of hers are also mesmerizing and out of this world, but I want to act as if I am capable of ignoring them and of focusing on the perfect rendition of the guitar lead.
I could listen to Larissa all night into morning. Especially now that I've found her renditions of entire songs. I don't know where to start with what I find most incredible. Is it simply an incredible ear that hears every note? And brain that remembers the notes and then recalls them, telling the fingers where to go--and what to do (strum, finger, pick) and how intense the strokes must be--without giving discrete commands but rather finding the string of notes and embellishments played and practiced before, thus enabling almost mindless rendering of the tune? What a collection of gifts Larissa has been blessed with. I don't know her destination or whether she's already found and moved on from more than a few, but I (for one) would like to somehow go back to her "square one" and quickly come up to speed with her (surely) fabulous career to date and far into the future.
Her guitar playing sounds as gorgeous as she is! I like how she has put in so much heart and soul in her rendition. I love the beautiful subtleties in her playing. Amazing guitar presentation!
omg, I truly wish that there was a longer version of this. The visual, the sound, everything is on point. Even the original one doesn't hit like this. Bravo
The original does not have the beautiful girl, and that's all this has, that the original did not have. Carlos Santana's masterpiece is being IMITATED, do give Carlos his due.
I can feel the amazing vibes through your guitar playing!!!!!! An absolute joy listening to you perform!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing this wonderful gift!!!!!❤
Gods have mercy, Santana is one of my favorite artists and he can make a guitar sing. I've only every heard a few artists, enough that I can count on one hand, who can make a guitar sing like he can. Now I have to add 1 more to that list: Larissa Liveir. This was just as beautiful as you are ma'am! Amazing cover!
There are 1000 of guitarists or musicians who can make their instrument sing, most of them play without ego, they don't try to impress, they try to express their being through the instrument, she is goid but don't act like she is on the same ladder with santana, Hendrix, etc they put every inch of their being in their instrument, she is covering songs
how easy it is to deceive you. Her guitar skills do not exceed the level of any novice teenager guitarist. I speak as a professional guitarist with 30 years of experience. A smile, strained, and fake. And if you were suddenly impressed by her appearance, then you better watch a fashion show, there is plenty of it. I stumbled upon the video by accident, and after ten minutes of watching, I stopped.
В данном случае и СМОТРЕТЬ И СЛУШАТЬ, это что-то невероятное! А... вот, на счёт остального... Уверен, что через месяц виваты будет совсем не Бразилия принимать.
I really like the tone you have going on here. It is much more mellow than you normally hear with this solo. I dig it a lot. Great sound, great expression. Nice job Larissa!
Wonderful cover with just the right amount of competent personal interpretation. Larissa shows confidence in her guitar skills. I wish her continued success.
The outfit, the setting, the incredibly beautiful girl, the very nice touch on the guitar, I wonder if Carlos ever even dreamed this could be soooooo good?!
@Dim Sum Lee Wear more clothes? Clicks go down? Are you kidding me? Could you imagine being that talented, and then being able to go to ANY guitar company and say that if they give you their finest guitar, for keeps, you promise to use it, on screen, at least once, but only if they wait their turn? It's any player's deepest dream.
She has done the best cover I have as of yet heard, but Santana was on another level. She does capture some of the "essence" of Santana's sound. I wish her all the success in the world.
It's really great. I've never wanted to try it even after hearing the original song, but after watching this video, I wanted to try it. The interpretation of the song was very good. So sweet and soft. I'm watching this video and I'm hitting it with this feeling. thanks.
