Rick Derringer must be loving this version of his classic song. Larkin Poe and Tyler Bryant are the best contemporary artists we have to carry the torch for blues based rock 'n roll. HAIL,HAIL!
I was just watching Rick Derringer playing this with Edgar Winter et al in 1973 and thinking, wow, I’d love to hear what LP could do with this! YT must have read my mind. I do wish Rebecca would have played, too, but I can see why she stuck to singing with Megan and Tyler playing.
Meg is totally on the money now..great movement and stage presence..Moving and playing slide like that is nearly impossible..She is the only one who does it..Her playing is also smoking now
How in the heck did I miss this!!!! Great Band saw them in Tarrytown Oct. 15th 2021 Playing Old School Rock and Blues and dang Megan you are easy on the eyes.
And that is what is good about them! Hoping the next Shakedown album is harder rock like the song Automatic on the last album - AC/DC-ish. There is nothing to add to rock it’s all been done before😎
