When you think that the straight line panning is difficult enough as it is to get right, here we can see corner arched panning above the trees. Impressive. I love watching all these racing photography vids. That live recording of the burst on the LCD also looks cool.
So many questions, "how do you get the shot shooting through a fence?" How do you keep things in focus while panning on a fast moving vehicle coming at you then going away from you? The skill required in his video is understated. Literally no time to check your settings. hats off to Larry. Much respect brother.
Larry is photo daddy. Thank you Hoonigans for all the great consistent content. I would like to see more bike stuff from Zack and others if you are willing to take suggestions.
Larry Chen has to be the best photographer I laid my eyes on thank you Larry I have enjoyed all of your time in the hoonigan channel your passion is so motivating keep up the Fantastic work
Probably one of the best edited videos I've seen. All was loved the content not only from the Hoonigan crew but also the one and only Larry freaking Chen
I love watching you or foto style...... the end shot from the credits was dope!,...... everything you shoot is freaking amazing can't wait for some more lessons with Larry
I love your photos you’re such an inspiration for me and the reason I got my camera because my family races dirt late models and that’s a blast taking photos of them
Recently been trying to plan after being pretty inspired by the shots Larry takes... You get a lot of shots that are trash, but boy when you get "that shot" it's super satisfying
5mins in...when Larry archives Jedi level and uses the Force rather than the viewfinder. Watched Larry working at a couple of FD rounds and the dude tires me out just watching, and still never seen anyone scale a catch fence and mount a SLR on top so quick. Awesome work and I can't even dream of reaching that level of shots
I've gotta say, that I think from time to time that it'd be a dream to be able to have the gear and know how to shoot these kind of shots. Got some decent amateur shots at Gridlife Midwest!
The picture at 2:25 has my award of best picture of motorsports the way it shows the movement the corner and everything about it. How do I buy a big print?
Such a shame there arent any educational stuff in the video. Settings posted on pictures would be a huge help for us amateurs. But......wauw super cool shots (:
hey larry are those large or mid frame size for your ray bans? hoping to see you friday of formula d texas. i have socail D to attend saturday. Zac you should get down wit it.
