No troops to deploy. They're all in Ukraine. Russia has to deploy troops on railroads that are very vulnerable to missile strikes. They can't go on road convoys as they will be ambushed by high-tech himar missiles.

Larry is incorrect, all 6(I believe the total) reactors have been off line from day 1 pretty much. Also the videos of captured ukranian paratroopers are starting to come out where they state that their main objectives was to capture Kursk then move twoards Belgorod so these regions could be used for trade later on and 2nd objective was to pull Russian troops from Donbass frontline and stop their advancements. They failed on both accounts.
I have watched a video in which a Ukrainian POW says he was hearing communications in English, Polish and maybe French during this operation. So Nato was be not only in the knowing, but helped to prepare this operation. Which should not be of a surprise. What will Russia do if they recover bodies of Nato soldiers on Russian territory? Nato will pretend that they were simply volunteers and Russia will do as if they believe it.
