News Alert! Inflation hasn't just started to affect us. People have been suffering greatly from inflation for almost a century, but notably after 1971. During the industrial revolution, prices of products and services were auctioned down to the point that consumers could literally buy them for as little as a penny thanks to a free market and sound money. All of the problems we have today are a result of government meddling.

My vehicles are all in good condition and pass emissions and I won't be dumping junk electric cars to be disposed of every few years either on the environment. I also walk most place instead of driving and only drive maybe 1,500 miles a year.

Inflation seems to have settled down under Biden, but it could be better. Consumer sales of EVs is slowly increasing. Most EVs are sold in higher populations where chargers are more likely to be built. Rural sales of EVs remain low mainly because of the lack of charge stations and income inequalities. EV sales remain based on consumer demand, not some non-committal government mandate. Oh, and foreign built EVs are likely to take over the market because they will be cheaper than domestic EVs. A lesson not learned until late, back during the oil embargo and oil price spike in the 80's. Only a fool tries to hold back progress. The wise accept progress, and the wealthy get ahead of progress.
