@@Jomaro7 yeah but Yuno didn't necessarily know that, is the thing. and in Yuno's mind, even if that was them, it's not like they came in guns blazing trying to bust him out, either? he was technically detained, though not arrested. the only difference is Yuno remained calm and yapped his way out of an arrest (which really would have been well warranted if he hadn't cooperated) while Larry was actively running from and attacking cops during his escape. i think is the point of that comment. both situations involved being alone and surrounded by cops. the difference was in how they handled the situation.
@@12times21 yeah, the way Yuno later tells Queenie about it and the way Queenie was genuinely concerned about him shows that Yuno does feel some way about it, but also, I think he's just got more experience with how heists work in general compared to Larry (i.e. sometimes you're the one left behind because everyone SHOULD BE securing the bag, and you have to figure your own way out). this was REAL common back when they had Rule Of 4 and it's not the first time Yuno's yapped his way out of getting arrested despite INCREDIBLY incriminating circumstances and presence at the scene of a crime (thinking about that one heist in 3.0 where, after securing loot, Lang and co went back to get him and just watched in awe as he just was let go and walked away without issue)). Larry (and Marty) are way more used to ganggang bangbang kind of Ride Or Die situations, so they've been kneejerking real hard when people don't immediately come to their aid. I do think Yuno's behavior and them being made to see Yuno's POV (Yuno driving the point home by having Larry drive until he ejected from his car, lmao) and also scoldings from Lang and people-advice from Luciano has been making them acknowledge that this crew is Different. the crew is a bunch of talented individuals who have their own beliefs and pride and working and adapting TO each other is better than just pushing against each other. Yuno not wrong about how diversity is better. Anyway, tl;dr'd but it's good rp.
