Larry needs some attention. Maybe a bath and some grooming and brushing. He is a very handsome cat but hasn't received enough love and it shows. Who takes care of him ? Prime ministers come and go he needs some play time and love. Do some children come and visit who could be fun to play with ?

When they let him in, he does the usual "you shall wait for me to enter human" wait...so I think he has a designated slave (errr sorry) I mean servant to feed him and he is "let" outside because he desires it !!

Number 10 should take better care of Larry, show him the love and attention, he deserves. He does so much for you, and then his fur looks shabby and a bit dirty, the white parts almost greyish. Shame on you for neglecting him. It's not enough just to feed him.
