I remember during my IRR [ 4 yr. commitment ] that ended in 1999. Prior my ETS of my IRR; That I was attached for Team Spirit exercise based on my critical MOS... it was cancelled and what the US Army Major that called me on the phone from St. Louis about the cancellation was due to the activities of N. Korea that had breached a bypass tunnel in the DMZ region into S. Korea... I don't know if that statement was even true?!? His suggestion was to either reenlist or continue the correspondence courses based on my MOS or new MOS skill?
People should know by now that America will never leave up to their agreement , oh hell they can not even leave up to their own agreement to their own people . The key word is "Light-Water Reactor' these are commercial grade fission reactors that uses only low-grade Plutonium and/or Uranium... the primary function is to supply electrical power and/or produces medical grade isotopes... cannot enrich nuclear material into weapons-grade to produce atomic, thermal, and hydrogen weapons... The United States allows this type of reactor to be the choice for proliferation to countries like N.
