dude, love your casts. We miss so many fights thought because you don't pay attention to mini-map and go an blabbing about things in unimportant areas at the moment
This morning, the zerg death animations got me wondering, ... what do Zerg taste like? And this could be an important question in the lore. Imagine this: an offshoot of a zerg brood gets lost and stumbles upon a band of humans in a different sector. These humans know nothing of the wars in the Koprulu sector. They just know that these space creatures grow quickly and in pretty much any environment. Humans are gonna consider them for livestock. But at some point, by whatever mechanism, the humans will lose control of their farm, and then my how the dinner tables will have turned!
At ~ 25 minutes instead of attacking Larva's new 6'clock base which had no drones at it, I think Light should have used that small army to clear out the straggling lings at his own 4 and 5 o'clock bases to land those CCs and bring his economy back. I'm not saying it would have definitely helped but he should have known his economy was struggling and he of course had vision at those two bases to realize he could clear them. Weird choice
22:33 I think the dark swarm effective area is shifted a few pixels away from the direction of the casting defiler, meaning if the defiler had been on the right side of the screen when it cast the dark swarm, the effective area is slightly to the left of the dark swarm's visual effects on screen anybody wanna confirm or refute this?
Vs ground Wraiths are terrible in term of "effectivness vs cost", only one thing they can do is drone harass in early stage, and only if it is 6-8 Wraith ball, and it is only in very early game And when you going bio you prefer to try end game early any way with fast (before 10-15 minutes) bio push Vs mutas they are not even close "cost to cost" effective too - 1 vs 1 they losing, and building longer, and without cloak just dying "ball vs ball" bcs mutas splash Only thing they doing good is hunting OV, but it is also only in early game - in mid-late game there just scrourge balls flying around, and also instead on making Wraith (with long time to build) much better spend queue time of Starport for SV
They are used to beat zerg by the highest APM terrans..it takes a level of skill very few players have. 2 starport wraith build is still a thing but at the pro level it takes insane levels of micro to beat mutas. Wraith slightly outranges mutas, so if your skill is high enough it's technically possible to pick apart a zerg who doesn't go spore/hydra. Very few pro zerg are willing to concede with spores, which leaves an open door. Overlords are not as good in this situation because they don't move fast enough even with speed upgrade and take full damage from the wraiths, usually meaning 1 volley per overlord. And wraiths can draw the mutas away from the overlord's sight range too. Wraith are not good vs ground units other than drones or a stray hydra or 2 so that's why you don't see them vs defiler and lurker...simply takes too many shots.
Guys I have found a strategy to beat DARK archon strategy while you playing zerg do you know what?just practice detected him if you don't have units near to kill him but if you have units near him just ensnare him!!!!!
