Laryngeal cancer is cancer of the voice box and every year, there are 40000 new cases of Laryngeal Cancer patients. The symptoms are a burning sensation in the throat, ulcers not responding to medications, difficulty in swallowing, difficulty in breathing, bleeding from the mouth, and swelling around the neck. The causes are smoking, tobacco consumption, alcohol consumption, regular exposure to air pollution and oily food.

Here is my Grandfather CT scan report kindly check and suggest, his age 80 years. Technique: Neck has been scanned transaxially, coronally & sagitally reformatting having slice thickness of 5mm with and without I/V contrast. Report: Impression: Oropharynx appears normal. Both lobes of thyroid also appear normal. No bony abnormality seen. A soft tissue density mass lesion is noted in the vocal cards but more on the left side and there is minimal degree of supra-glottic and infra-glottic extension of the mass lesion. The mass lesion is partially occluding the lumen of larynx and shows significant enhancement after IV contrast. A few sub centimeter lymph nodes are also noted at the same level on left side adjacent to carotid vessels. Findings are suggestive of laryngeal growth but more on the left side and a few sub centimeter lymph nodes at the same level on left side. A small calcified nodule is noted at right upper lobe.

Sir ye mera ct scan report hai 1. An air filled saccular dilation of right laryngeal ventricle noted measuring about 1.9×0.6cm- possibly internal laryngocele. 2. Subcentimetric lymphnodes noted in bilateral cervical regions. Sir bahut presan hai galle me hamesa dard rehta hai

*My father had larynx cancer(1st stage) & he took 33 ray in 2021(oct-nov). But now he is suffering from headache. For headache,medicine has taken by Dr prescription but still do not cure headache.* *so pls help for reduce headache.*

hello sir ,mere fathar ko bhi ye cancer 6 years ago hua tha rediaton therepy se sahi hua ab kuch din se unhe cough ho rha h aur voice bhi clear nahi h hum unse dikhane ko kahte h pr wo bilkul bhi ready nahi h dikhane ko to sir mein poochna chah rhi thi ki kya ye cancer repeat hota h ya sir koi aeiss test suggest kriye jisse ghar pr hum koi blood test karwa ske pl.sir 🙏🙏
