Looks good , love Dim Sum those dumplings you did not know the name of are Siu Mai which are minced Pork and prawns and other stuff steamed in a won ton wrapper, beautiful served with that dipping sauce you liked so much, will be defiantly on the list of places to go next time we are over, thanks Rick and Shelley.

Lovely to see you trying Asian fusion food,I wish more British people would try other foods,beside what they can get in the UK.I am British born,and raised,but have lived for a very long time in New York,so I’m very familiar with this sort of food,if I go alone to eat in an Asian fusion here,with say two cocktails it would cost me $100,they are not cheap here.Your food looked great,glad you enjoyed it.

The H10 Conquistador hotel is not far from there and thats where we stay in december so we will defo be trying that new restaurant for sure 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
