Great to see you two back on our screens, an nice to watch someone with the same budget as us 😂, we do get lost sometimes watching people wity huge budgets lol, we loved the Wynn Buffet on our last trip and the music certainly wasn’t intrusive.. must have employed a young DJ since then, we had the unlimited drinks for and extra $25 and got 5 large cocktails for that and even a tub to take cookies away 😂😂 it made it feel a bit of a bargain. Slots seem brutal so hope there’s a big win coming.. come on Granpa lol
Thanks so much guys. I think 2-300$ a day is more than enough. If I gambled more it wouldn't be enjoyable, I'd be nervous about how much we were losing. Glad you enjoyed the Wynn, I think we just caught it at the wrong time. We still miss the Aria buffet. That was our favourite 😭

I’m not putting my last $50 in because they’re robbing me”… who knows.. that last 50 might hit the Major 😂but I don’t like losing it all..

Very nice wins low rolling! Agree that LV feels tight. Got totally rinsed last trip and only brought back a twenty. 😞Chicken wise, Nomad Library and Yardbird have been really good. But for my money, Raising Cane's near Brew Dog was absolutely amazing. Especially with the Cane sauce. Very good cheap eats option for the future.

Hi L&C - we are so sad that this was such a short trip - we having to savour the videos. The pools at Mandalay Bay/Delano are so tropical - just love the them. We absolutely LOVE the buffet at Wynn (we stay at Encore so we get to enjoy it when we're there). They do a great job - I really love the little desserts - get to sample so many without the guilt! 😁 Ellis Island is also a favorite of ours, if you get the chance you have to try the ribs there and then save room for dessert at the coffee shop, they make their own cheese cake and it is amazing - not heavy or too sweet. Bavettes looked "cracking good!" It sure looked like a lot of food. Very sad that there's only one more vlog - hopefully your next trip will be longer. Cheers guys!!!! 😎❤🍻
We did like the pools, not as relaxing as we hoped but still very nice. The food at the Wynn was pretty good but we found it so loud and busy it wasn't overly enjoyable. We had the ribs at Ellis Island during our 2019 trip, I can't quite remember what day but they were amazing, didn't try the cheesecake though! Thanks so much for watching 👍
Hi guys I was there last April for my 9th trip and I found the same as ye, very tight games and the price has gone through the roof. Unfortunately il be taking a break from vegas this year. Glad ye are having a good time, great to see ye back at the vlogs again.

Just got home from work. Yes, I came out of retirement. Anyhow, let's get into todays video. I see you are going to my favorite steakhouse. The Buffet looks pretty good. Buffett pizza is rarely any good. Pizza needs to be fresh from the oven. The key to drink service is walk around until you find a server, then sit down in her section and place an order. Plan B is to sit at the bar and play poker. Instance drink service there. I am surprised security has been such a jerk about filming. Casinos everywhere do seem to have gotten a bit tighter. I really enjoy Bavettes. I always get the New York Strip, Stuffed Baked potato and mushrooms. Any chance Brian was your waiter? Another fun day. Glad you had some wins. Until next time. Cheers!
Amazing vlog you two, I wouldn’t be a fan of the blue cheese creamed spinach either! Drink service has been very sad on the strip! Ellis Island seems like a lovely gem we have not been but plan on it in May when we elope! ❤
Good work as always. I've given up playing the slots for my last couple of visits, and just sticking with video poker and table games, for the same reasons as you've mentioned, no wins other than getting bonuses, which seem to need ever larger amounts of play before getting to.
Had the filming issue in Oct. MGM policy is you can film if its not for professional reasons. I explained that to the guy and he went off and confirmed it. Hope this helps but I know individual staff can be unpredictable.
I think it's all just bad luck, that's life gambling. I haven't found things substantially different in Vegas. My last few trips have been the same - lose for the trip and then final night claw back a bunch, and it always happens at Aria weirdly.
Depends on where you play and how much you play. If you would have played at Wynn after dinner with higher minimums, drinks are the last thing you’d have to worry about.
@@lctravels7041 i’m a SoCal native so I’m in Vegas every couple months. I have never heard of that especially at the higher end hotels. Sounds like really bad luck indeed.
Great vid guys, really wanna go to vegas, what sort of prices is the food drinks etc there? And as a first timer what sort of gambling budget would you reccomend? Id be about the same as you in terms for slot spins etc, what sort of budget would cover 4 days?
Thanks so much. Drink prices off strip like at Ellis island start at $4, on strip you are looking at $13 a pint. We had a joint gambling pot of $300 per day but didn't get near that, even with our poor luck at times. I would say $500 a day in total is a comfortable budget which will allow you to eat, drink and low roll gamble fairly easily
Sorry to hear security is tight… Seems a bit OTT as your only recording games screen? My uncle went last year for his 60th said he won’t go again as prices of everything to high now. Looking forward to final part ……
There's all sorts of conspiracies as to why they get funny about it. It's all a bit silly if you ask me. Yeah it has defo gone up a bit but if you go off the beaten track (next vlog) you can get cheaper beers. I'd still go back, without a doubt.
