Don't get wasted on day one and ruin your whole trip. Do take advantage of all the amazing dining you won't find at home. Do be an awesome human to the employees working hard to give you a great experience during your trip. Don't underestimate Downtown and the Arts District. Do make time to watch several of the Bellagio fountain shows since the music is different. Don't be a button-slapper, it's annoying to literally everyone else.
DONT purchase fresh grilled “chicken” from an old dude in the Walmart parking lot! It’s not chicken...it’s pigeon! Even the “stir fry!” It’s rice that he rounds up from the ground from Las Vegas weddings, then he adds cucarachas from his RV for added crunch! 🤢🤮Stay safe and good luck!

Canadians - if you need your passport to get home, lock it up in the hotel room and use your drivers licence. If you lose your passport, you have to go to LA to replace it. There’s no consulate in LV.

I learned the hard way not to wear new sneakers. Blister city! Thankfully, my guy's mom sent a big Ziploc bag full of bandaids and corn pads along for us! I also went back to our room to wash my feet a lot. 😊

Tips for international tourists in regards to atms; there are money conversion fees that are charged, and it can be a lot. I’ve made that mistake. On another topic, I would never wear high heels 👠 on the strip.

All great info. Let me add a few of mine... Dont go to Vegas without at least a minimal plan. The worst thing to do is be there without knowing what to do next. Vegas is a hurry up and wait city. You need to figurw in walking times, teavel times, and waiting times. DONT think everything is just "right over there". The Strip (and Fremont) distances can be deceiving. Do pack an extention cord or multi tap electric cord. Dont think you can take the gifts from Planet 13 and smoke them in your casino...(they WILL kick you out if they find you with it.) Bottom line, do a bit of reserch before you go.
This was a great video and good advice for newbies and veterans. Another tip about ATM, there is a Wells Fargo ATM at the airport so grab cash before going to your taxi.

Nice tips / you forgot to say take the free Trams / they are a time saver and air conditioned and We even get a two day pass on the East side Monorail and go to Westgate and Sahara / we stayed at the Horeshoe which was super close / Thanks
Yes, the free trams can be very useful. We like using the monorail if staying at a property with a stop. It’s almost necessary if at Sahara or Westgate! Game changer! 😃
Yes, it is terrible news! Because of all the nights we stay in Vegas, we have been able to get Globalist status with Hyatt too. Such great perks. Hoping to get enough in to get it for next year, but need to work on those mgm points to stay gold!!!

On a hot summer day though, that's a good way to "chill your chalupa!" 😂😂😂 I am actually guilty of using a casino ATM, pendeja yo...I over did the degening! Also, I have a tip...wear cotton chonis in the summer! 😅 Or you can be like Enrique and throw them into the Mirage volcano 🌋 😉 🤣
You can certainly get players cards. It’s more beneficial if you plan to come back, but if you plan on gambling, you should definitely get one for the hotel you’re staying at. Before you check out, go to the rewards desk and ask if they can comp anything. That might save you some money on your final bill.
